Chairman of the Board
Ladeira started her career as a registered nurse, certified in England, Canada and the US, and earned an RNC degree to work with high-risk pregnancies. After 28 years of nursing experience, she stepped into the role of Chairman of the Board after her husband tragically passed away in 1998.
Though the transition was difficult, Ladeira persevered and succeeded in her new role, promoting product innovation and earning countless awards, including AeA’s Outstanding Woman in Technology, Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and Orange County Business Journal’s Family-Owned Business Award. Under her leadership, iBASEt was also recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Orange County.
Chief Executive Officer
Naveen Poonian is Chief Executive Officer of iBASEt, where he is passionate about driving the company’s overall vision and mission by aligning organizational and departmental objectives. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its rapidly growing aerospace business across France, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Naveen is actively involved with the OCTANEe Technology Innovation Forum and is a member of the Vistage CEO Roundtable. He is a strong advocate for bringing iBASEt closer to the local community and has aided in organizations such as the Mental Health Association of Orange County, Olive Crest, and the Working Wardrobes of Orange County. Naveen is also involved in the American Heart Association, where he helps promote greater awareness and preventative care for heart disease.
Chief Technology Officer
Sung is an experienced technology architect and a published computer scientist with more than 20 years of experience. During his tenure at iBASEt, he played a key role in enhancing Solumina’s technology and exploring architecture experiments for future product directions. As the CTO, Sung leads iBASEt’s long-term technology vision and is responsible for the overall product architecture and infrastructure deployment profiles, focusing on open standards and integration technologies. He also facilitates the technical community within iBASEt.Prior to joining iBASEt, Sung worked in the telecommunications industry and in academics teaching undergraduate and graduate students. His research works have been published in various International Journals and Conferences including ACM and IEEE transactions and conferences. Sung holds Master’s and PhD degrees in Computer Science from the University of Texas.
Chief Customer Officer
With 20 years in the industry, Scott is an experienced supply chain professional. He possesses a strong understanding of supply chain innovation and best practices through his industry, consulting, and implementation experience. Scott’s leadership capabilities make him a vital asset to the iBASEt team. Prior to joining iBASEt, Scott served as the Vice President of Consulting Services at Kinaxis. He received a degree in Business Administration from Algonquin College.
EVP, Global Sales
Steve has over 27 years of software industry experience providing solutions for manufacturers in quality and compliance driven regulated industries. Steve brings extensive experience in ERP and MES sales leadership. As EVP of Global Sales, Steve leads iBASEt’s global sales strategy. Prior to iBASEt, he built three sales channels to better align with Plex’s accelerated growth strategy. His experience includes selling On-premises and Cloud-based solutions with a focus on accelerating the velocity of sales and revenue via software delivered as a service (SaaS). Prior to Plex, Steve spent 11 years in progressive sales leadership roles at IQMS and was a top performing sales leader at Powerway Inc. Steve holds a BS degree in Marketing from Marian University, Indianapolis Indiana.
VP, Marketing and Business Development
Tom brings over 25 years of enterprise software marketing leadership to directing the transformation of iBASEt’s marketing and business development function. As Vice President of Marketing, Tom is leading the expansion of iBASEt’s Marketing and Business Development efforts. By providing educational content and customer-focused programs, he encompasses a culture of measurable returns with a sense of urgency. Tom earned his MBA at the University of Southern California and holds a BS degree in Management from Northeastern University.
VP and General Manager, India
At iBASEt India, Viresh Shah is the Vice President and Country Manager. He is leading and directing iBASEt India, supporting the President in developing and executing iBASEt’s business plan. He is responsible for Product Development, Professional Services Engineering, Quality Assurance, Technical Publications, IT , Facilities and Real Estate, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance. Viresh’s Primary Focus has been on Collaboration with iBASEt USA on the development of corporate and product strategy, goals, priorities, plans and budgets. He provides operational leadership and full responsibility for all India-based software development. His focus is on building an excellent working environment through “Great place to work” initiatives. Prior to joining iBASEt, Viresh was with Dana Inc, as India IT Country Head and responsible for setting up, building and running the India Global Operation Centre & IT Shared Center services & practices from scratch. Before Dana Inc, he worked for various consulting companies such as Tech Mahindra , E&Y Capgemini & Patni for primary US , Europe Fortune 500 clientele. Viresh’s holds a Master Degree in Technological Operations from Premier BITS Pilani, MBA and BE from Mumbai University. He is certified PMP®, ITIL®, CIISA®, Global CIO Leadership Certification from ISB. Advance Program in Strategy for Leaders from IIM Lucknow and Certified Corporate Directorship from Institute of Directors.
Evan Sloss brings close to 25 years of manufacturing, sales, and business development experience to the iBASEt leadership team. As Director, EMEA, he is responsible for driving new business activity across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His expertise lies in driving new business opportunities in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) markets. He began his career in Product Development within the heavy equipment sector.
Daniel de Haas
Chief Financial Officer
Daniel brings 20+ years of international Accounting, Controlling and Finance experience from public Fortune-500 and privately held distribution and manufacturing companies. As the Chief Financial Officer, Daniel is responsible for ensuring iBASEt’s financial plan meets the company’s strategic vision. Prior to joining iBASEt, Daniel was Vice President and Senior Controller at SeneGence International, where he built a Finance department that supported a 10x growth from $100 million to $1 billion in 1 year. Daniel brings an international perspective to iBASEt, as a licensed CPA in the US and Europe. He speaks English, French, German, Italian, and Dutch. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from Nyenrode Business University.
Director, Human Resources
Jennifer Martinez brings 20 years of human resource management experience to iBASEt where she leads talent recruitment, performance management, strategic development, federal and state law compliance, and other employee benefits programs. Jennifer studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Hawaii, holds a Certificate in Information Management from the US Air Force, and is PHR certified. As a member of SHRM and PIHRA, she is a frequent speaker on HR topics. She also volunteers at local non-profits, including the OC Wounded Warriors Project, OC Veteran’s Services, and Working Wardrobes organizations.
