Naveen Poonian is Chief Executive Officer of iBase-t, where he is passionate about driving the company’s overall vision and mission by aligning organizational and departmental objectives. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its rapidly growing aerospace business across France, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Naveen is actively involved with the OCTANEe Technology Innovation Forum and is a member of the Vistage CEO Roundtable. He is a strong advocate for bringing iBase-t closer to the local community and has aided in organizations such as the Mental Health Association of Orange County, Olive Crest, and the Working Wardrobes of Orange County. Naveen is also involved in the American Heart Association, where he helps promote greater awareness and preventative care for heart disease.

CEO Sales Strategies

Ladeira started her career as a registered nurse, certified in England, Canada and the US, and earned an RNC degree to work with high-risk pregnancies. After 28 years of nursing experience, she stepped into the role of Chairman of the Board after her husband tragically passed away in 1998.

Though the transition was difficult, Ladeira persevered and succeeded in her new role, promoting product innovation and earning countless awards, including AeA’s Outstanding Woman in Technology, Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and Orange County Business Journal’s Family-Owned Business Award. Under her leadership, iBase-t was also recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Orange County.

As Chief Operating Officer, Scott leads the iBase-t Professional Services, Customer Success, Knowledge Services, and Product Development teams tasked to drive customer success. A crucial part of his leadership role is driving continuous improvement and agility, increasing efficiency in the company’s growing operations, and focusing relentlessly on leveraging the voice of the customer in everything we do.

Scott brings to iBase-t more than 20 years of operations and consulting leadership in the manufacturing technology services industry. He joined iBase-t in 2018 from Kinaxis, where he led the Kinaxis Services Consulting business globally and oversaw employees who delivered record growth in each year of his tenure.

Scott lives in Windermere, Florida, and is married with four children; You can typically find Scott supporting his kid’s activities…either in a cold hockey rink or the smoke-filled air of a motorcycle racetrack.

Daniel brings 20+ years of international Accounting, Controlling and Finance experience from public Fortune-500 and privately held distribution and manufacturing companies. As the Chief Financial Officer, Daniel is responsible for ensuring iBase-t’s financial plan meets the company’s strategic vision. Prior to joining iBase-t, Daniel was Vice President and Senior Controller at SeneGence International, where he built a Finance department that supported a 10x growth from $100 million to $1 billion in 1 year. Daniel brings an international perspective to iBase-t, as a licensed CPA in the US and Europe. He speaks English, French, German, Italian, and Dutch. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from Nyenrode Business University.

Sung is an experienced technology architect and a published computer scientist with more than 20 years of experience. During his tenure at iBase-t, he played a key role in enhancing Solumina’s technology and exploring architecture experiments for future product directions. As the CTO, Sung leads iBase-t’s long-term technology vision and is responsible for the overall product architecture and infrastructure deployment profiles, focusing on open standards and integration technologies. He also facilitates the technical community within iBase-t. Prior to joining iBase-t, Sung worked in the telecommunications industry and in academics teaching undergraduate and graduate students. His research works have been published in various International Journals and Conferences including ACM and IEEE transactions and conferences. Sung holds Master’s and PhD degrees in Computer Science from the University of Texas.

Tom brings over 25 years of enterprise software marketing leadership to directing the transformation of iBase-t’s marketing and business development function. As Chief Marketing Officer, Tom is leading the expansion of iBase-t’s Marketing and Business Development efforts. By providing educational content and customer-focused programs, he encompasses a culture of measurable returns with a sense of urgency. Tom earned his MBA at the University of Southern California and holds a BS degree in Management from Northeastern University.

Sebastian brings nearly three decades of experience in global customer service and enterprise software sales growth. As Chief Revenue Officer, Sebastian is responsible for expanding the company’s SaaS subscription-based repeatable revenue model and supporting growth through annual recurring revenue. Sebastian has a strong track record in global customer service, enterprise software sales and go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining iBase-t, Grady served as President of Rimini Street, a leading third-party provider of enterprise software products and support services where he grew revenue 10X to $400M. Sebastian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Michel brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to iBase-t. During his tenure at the company, he has played a key role in global sales and product expansion. As SVP and Chief Enterprise Architect, Michel is responsible for a combination of leadership duties across Sales, Services, and Product Management. Michel is an expert in providing creative solutions to complex business problems by challenging current ideas and championing industry best practices. Michel began his career in operations as Plant Superintendent of a chemical packaging facility where he implemented several MRP II systems, before joining a manufacturing management consulting group that specialized in productivity and quality improvements.

Pamela brings over 20 years of Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Leadership experience to iBase-t. As an accomplished executive leader in the complex discrete manufacturing industry, Pamela is laser focused on exceeding customer expectations. As VP of Sales, Pamela is responsible for ensuring iBase-t’s global accounts are provided the necessary support and resources to achieve growth objectives. Prior to iBase-t, Pamela spent nearly a decade at SAP and Siemens in several leadership roles. Pamela began her career working for the Boeing Company as a Lead Design Engineer, providing a strong engineering and technical knowledge foundation for her role at iBase-t.

Mike brings over 20 years of manufacturing experience to the leadership team. He has held positions in Operations, Engineering, Quality, Product Development, and Project Management. As Vice President of Professional Services, Mike is responsible for the strategic planning and tactical execution of the company’s Professional Services team. Prior to joining iBase-t, Mike was part of the PMO organization at Kinaxis. Mike earned his MBA from St. John Fisher College, MA in Psychology from SUNY Brockport, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Jennifer Martinez brings 20 years of human resource management experience to iBase-t where she leads talent recruitment, performance management, strategic development, federal and state law compliance, and other employee benefits programs. Jennifer studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Hawaii, holds a Certificate in Information Management from the US Air Force, and is PHR certified. As a member of SHRM and PIHRA, she is a frequent speaker on HR topics. She also volunteers at local non-profits, including the OC Wounded Warriors Project, OC Veteran’s Services, and Working Wardrobes organizations.

Jasdeep brings 25+ years of IT and Software Development experience in the complex manufacturing industry at iBase-t. As the Vice President of Cybersecurity and Information Technology, Jasdeep is responsible for enhancing and maintaining all aspects of IT operations, meeting the security needs for the organization, alignment of IT practices to compliance frameworks and development of enterprise security features and functionality in iBase-t’s SaaS products.

An iBase-t veteran, Jasdeep previously managed and scaled the company’s IT needs and led the setup of operations in India, architecting IT operations to meet iBase-t’s global development environment, facilitating the seamless transition to work from home during COVID, and helping iBase-t achieve SOC2 Type1 security certification.

At iBase-t India, Viresh Shah is the Vice President and Managing Director. He is leading and directing iBase-t India, supporting the President in developing and executing iBase-t’s business plan. He is responsible for Product Development, Professional Services Engineering, Quality Assurance, Technical Publications, IT , Facilities and Real Estate, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance. Viresh’s Primary Focus has been on Collaboration with iBase-t USA on the development of corporate and product strategy, goals, priorities, plans and budgets. He provides operational leadership and full responsibility for all India-based software development. His focus is on building an excellent working environment through “Great place to work” initiatives. Prior to joining iBase-t, Viresh was with Dana Inc, as India IT Country Head and responsible for setting up, building and running the India Global Operation Centre & IT Shared Center services & practices from scratch. Before Dana Inc, he worked for various consulting companies such as Tech Mahindra , E&Y Capgemini & Patni for primary US , Europe Fortune 500 clientele. Viresh’s holds a Master Degree in Technological Operations from Premier BITS Pilani, MBA and BE from Mumbai University. He is certified PMP®, ITIL®, CIISA®, Global CIO Leadership Certification from ISB. Advance Program in Strategy for Leaders from IIM Lucknow and Certified Corporate Directorship from Institute of Directors.
