Mindi Gascho brings over 35+ years of experience leading global Implementation teams. She has managed global training, technical writing, and consulting teams, selling and delivering the value and benefits of implementation services to C-level Fortune 500 organizations.  Her career has been focused on automating manufacturing environments and developing enablement programs for global deployments. As Director of Education & Enablement, Mindi sets the strategy for the Education organization and manages a team of Instructional Designers, Classroom Instructors, and the University platform, extending blended learning solutions to Solumina users.

Mindi graduated from COE College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and has served on the National Board of Customer Education Management Association (CEdMA).
