Do you like to be challenged? We are looking for experienced Sr. Principal Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst with experience in discrete manufacturing. Knowledge of manufacturing and quality control processes. An understanding of Lean Six Sigma practices and procedures and time and attendance applications such as Autotime is a plus.

Focus is on defining and interpreting manufacturing software product needs and customers specific business rules and feature requirements. Defines, monitors, and evolves specific logic issues through functional specification, compliance matrix, and gap analysis protocols. Verifies that business logic is incorporated into functionality, either directly or indirectly through customer software acceptance.

Selected candidate may be required to travel in excess of 50% to provide on-site presence. Must have experience and understanding of software lifecycles, in particular Requirements Management and Requirements Analysis and Design. Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) concepts and tools is plus.

Sr. Business Systems Analysts must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Principal Business System Analysts must have minimum 10 years experience. Must be quick to grasp concepts, ideas, and facts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Must be politically and diplomatically astute. Must be able to crisply and quickly convey concepts, issues, concerns, and/or status. Must be able to work on several projects in parallel in a matrix environment. Must have a college degree in relevant field. Experience with client/server and RDMS.
